Pictured to the right are a pair of very different looking Blue & White Strips (BWS) from Tumwater Area Council.

The strip on top has letters that are 7mm high.  One other interesting thing about the strip on top is the backing. It has a gauze back covered by a plastic back which is covered by a white peel-off paper.  Very different!

The strip on the bottom has letters that are 10mm high and it has a plain back.
