Yellowstone Valley Council Red & White Half-Strip
The YELLOWSTONE VALLEY red & white half-strip pictured above is assumed to be a council strip, not a city strip. While the word COUNCIL does not appear on this strip, there is no city, village, town, or hamlet called Yellowstone Valley, and it is assumed that this was used as a council strip. Yellowstone Valley Council was headquartered in Billings, Montana, and merged in 1973 with North Central Montana Council to form Montana Council.
