Badger Council Red & White Half-Strip
Well, the picture above pretty much sums it up - a BADGER COUNCIL red & white half-strip. Badger Council was headquartered in Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin from 1926 to 1973. In 1973, it merged with Nicolet Area Council, Waumegesako Council, Kettle-Moraine Council and Valley Council to form Bay Lakes Council. This particular piece was found on a uniform and is an issue that was not previously known.
