Pictured to the right are two varieites of RWS from Old Dominion Area Council.  The issue on top is a recent find and measures 115/70 mm.  It has very thin lettering and is twill left extra rough (TLXR), which is a more common twill type among older RWS issues.

By comparison, the more common issue is shown at the bottom, and measures 118/64 mm.  It has thicker lettering.
