Pictured above are two variations of word spacing on the fairly common Muskingum Valley Council RWS.  A closer view of the differences can be seen in the scans below.  The strip in Fig. 1, with a Type 1 border, has the V in VALLEY directly above the L in COUNCIL, and the O in COUNCIL is directly above the O in OHIO. The strip in Fig. 2, with a Type 2 border, has the V in VALLEY offset from the L in COUNCIL, and the O in COUNCIL is offset from the O in OHIO.  The strip in Fig. 1 also has somewhat thinner lettering.
