Morris-Sussex Area KRHS Surfaces
This previously unreported khaki & red half-strip (KRHS) from Morris-Sussex Area Council recently surfaced. This strip has a partial gauze back, which appears to be a characteristic common to many of the earliest KRHS. It was found among other Scouting items dating to the early 1940's. For collectors of New Jersey issues, this is a very tough issue, indeed!
