On 2/11/03, twelve (12) different RWS appeared on eBay that all appear to be repros or fakes. The seller DID NOT identify these issues as repros/fakes in the item descriptions, and many collectors placed bids on them. Some of the issues are obvious fakes that have wording not found on any genuine issue by those councils. Others have the same wording as real issues, but the lettering style and word widths on the repros/fakes are distinctly different from real issues.

If you see any other questionable RWS, please email me. It is important that we share information about repros/fakes so that we minimize the chance that collectors unknowingly overpay for pieces they think are rare items.
